1. Admit you're in need (I am a sinner).

          For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God....Romans 3:23

2. Be willing to turn from your sins (repent).

     Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be

     wiped away.  Acts 3:19

3. Believe that Jesus died for you on the cross and rose from the dead.

     If you confess that Jesus is Lord and you believe in your heart that God

     raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.   For with the heart one believes

     and is justified and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.  Romans 10:9- 10

Dear Lord Jesus,

I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness.  I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead.  I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life.  I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior.
